National WOmen's Day
Today, 9 August 2026, we celebrate National Women’s Day and honour the women who help shape the future of our country with care, kindness, courage and dedication.
At Humpty Dumpty Nursery School, we are grateful for the mothers, grandmothers, teachers, carers and all the special women who guide, teach and support our children every day. Their love and encouragement help little minds grow with confidence, curiosity and joy.
We proudly support the empowerment of women, because we believe that the higher the calibre of South Africa’s teachers and carers, the brighter the future will be for generations to come. When women are supported, children are supported — and strong foundations are built for a stronger South Africa.
