We continue the theme of transportation this week by looking at all the possibilities for travel made possible through the different means of transportation. From Japan’s bullet trains and the Eiksund undersea tunnel in Norway, to the romantic gondola boat rides in Venice and the fascinating dogsled tours in Alaska, transportation is not merely a means of travelling from point A to B, but a journey to be experienced in itself. We want to expose the children to some of these possibilities and help cultivate the dreams and visions that will guide them into the future.
