The Earth, sometimes called the “Blue Planet”, earned this moniker as almost 70% of the planet’s surface is covered by water. Many children go through their youth without ever having the chance to walk the sandy beaches and witness the vast blue expanse we call the sea with their own eyes. We’ll be covering this topic until the school holidays start 24th of March by giving everyone a chance to learn more about the final terrestrial frontier and touch on some of the wonders humanity has discovered to broaden their knowledge of the world and hopefully inspire a dream or two.
