The early bird catches the worm! Our next topic is the wonderful world of birds and the incredible spectrum of colours, shapes and sizes they come in.
This week, our classes revolved around the topic of birds. We spoke with the children about the many different types of birds, some of them and others small, some of them herbivores while others are birds of prey. From the spectacular fish eagle to the humble humming bird, the diverse spectrum of our airborne feathered friends is always a fascinating topic, and the promise of flight is something that every child dreams of at least once. Next week we’ll be tackling the exciting topic of Dinosaurs, a timeless classic!
