This week, we took our first look at the world of economics – stores! For a child, walking into a store can be quite a shock! What do you mean I can’t take all the sweets and toys I want, Mom?! Because they cost money, Sweetheart… We spoke about the different types of stores and briefly touched on where everything on the shelves came from. It was an important primer to set the stage for next week’s topic – money.
