Music is one of mankind’s truly great inventions. Born from our natural love of rhythm and patterns, music has been intricately woven into humanity’s many cultures and religions from the very beginning of civilization. It served not only as a celebration of sound or entertainment, but also as a crucial means of passing down and spreading information. From tales and myths to the biblical gospels, much of our inherited societal knowledge today exists only thanks to the songs of old. We’ll be touching on this subject to introduce the children to music and the wonders it entails.
